Genuine storytelling. Specialised in weaving DEI into the fabric of dynamic storytelling. From celebrating Pride to showcasing talents for Black History Month, my role is to ensure every narrative feels as authentic as it is vibrant. This has included crafting guidelines for Art Directors, Talent Bookers, Photographers, Copywriters, and Designers: turning abstract values of inclusion into tangible tools for creativity.

DEI Workshops
Representation matters. My work thrives on building meaningful partnerships and leading workshops that delve into the nuances of Representation in Images, Cultural Appropriation in Fashion, Inclusive Creative Production, Inclusive Language and Inclusive Leadership- transforming insights into impactful action.
Each project is a canvas where I blend innovation with inclusivity, creating a tapestry of work that resonates deeply and celebrates diversity without tokenism.
Customer Offer
Market segmentation. Supported expansion of customer offer for people with disabilities (~10% of the EU population) and the growing modest wear segment by creating creative guidelines for Adaptive and Modest Fashion to ensure authentic representation, model safety and comfort, and led workshops to drive adoption.
